Important Return Information:
1. Keep in mind that your return will be another customers order. Please be considerate of this and return your item(s) in a condition you would expect to receive when opening your package for the first time.
2. Please do not use the product sleeve as a mailing bag (e.g.: putting the return label directly on the product sleeve, stapling or taping the product sleeve closed, etc.)
3. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on face masks, face coverings, or leggings.
4. Please note that all discounted items are final sale and are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

6. Returns that do not meet these requirements or the conditions listed below will NOT be accepted or approved or may be subjected to a reduced refund amount.
1. Please return the product in the condition it was sent (including the original product sleeve).
2. Product must be unwashed and unworn (aside from trying on).
3. Product tags must still be attached and not removed at all from original placement.
4. Product must not show any signs of hair, lint, dirt, sweat, deodorant, cologne, or stains of any kind.
Pre-Order Supersuits - We are unable to guarantee size exchanges due to each suit being built-to-order and released as a limited edition product. However, if the size needed is still available, once all Pre-Orders have been shipped, then an exchange will be allowed.
In Stock/Non Pre-Order Supersuits - You can initiate an exchange through our returns portal using the link at the top of this page. Here, you will be able to create an order for the new size needed or shop for something new. You will also receive a prepaid return label to send back the item you have already received.
Returns for Refunds:
If you are returning a product for a refund, we will refund you the price of said product minus any discounts used. This means you will be refunded what you actually paid for the product, not the actual product price. We also do not offer free returns so we will subtract any shipping fees (both original shipping fees and return shipping fees) from the final refund total.
Once approved and processed at our warehouse, refunds can take 2-5 business days to process depending on your bank, though typically sooner.
*Returns can only be refunded back to the original payment method used or in the form of store credit.
At this time, we do not offer free return or exchange shipping for international orders. We also do not offer refunds on original shipping fees or customs and duties fees. If you would still like to return your order at your own expense please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with instructions to do so. Once received and approved at our warehouse we will issue you the refund back to your original payment method or as store credit if requested. Please note, if you use a forwarding shipping service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods.
Damaged or Defective Products:
Please send an email with your order information and a picture of the defect to email@example.com and our customer service team will take care of the issue for you.
